Ree Drummond may best be known as the Pioneer Woman, but she is also a dog mom to seven very lucky pups. And leading up to National Pet Day, she celebrated those pups with a party.

In honor of her partnership with Purina for some new dog treats, Drummond decided to celebrate National Pet Day with a little fun on the ranch. Thanks to the cutest post on Instagram, we got to see her pups enjoying a bit of dress up fun and treats.

That’s right! It was party time for the Pioneer Woman and her pets. Not only did her pups get to try out her new Jerky Cuts dog treats, but there were other presents as well. And yes, there were party hats and streamers too.

And if you are wondering how Drummond was able to get her pups to actually sit still enough to take pictures of this pup party, we have the answer – and no it wasn’t magic. Of course she used the new Jerky Cuts treats! Considering these treats were dog tested and approved by Ree Drummond’s dogs, it make sense that they would love these dog treats enough to take party pictures for the ‘gram.

Ree Drummond’s pups got their own party prior to National Pet Day

For pet parents, every day is pet day. But on April 11, the entire country gets to celebrate this day. And whether that means spoiling our pets with new treats or toys, or throwing pup parties like the one Ree Drummond whipped together for her own fur babies, we are here for any celebrations involving the pets in our lives.

We are here for the fact that Drummond went out of her way to throw a pup party before National Pet Day. And we love the little joke about her pups being spoiled. We feel that!
