Which dog breeds are the most difficult to train?
By Sandy C.
Which are the goodest and baddest dog breeds of all? The answer may surprise you!
When it comes to the goodest boy, a few dog breeds quickly come to mind. There are German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, and Labrador Retrievers. But what about dog breeds that are bad to the bone?
To be honest, the results truly surprised me. I did get a few correct, and you might, too! But it was still an interesting piece to read.
This list of the least obedient pups comes from News Week, where they share the top 40 (or should we say “worse”) most stubborn and disobedient dog breeds of all. Basically, these dogs are pretty selfish and will listen to you only when they want to, and more than likely, only if there’s something in it for them (such as a tasty treat).
The most stubborn dog breeds
In the top 40, some surprising dog breeds include the Wheaten Terrier, how can something so cute be so bad? There are actually many terriers on the list, which, when you think about it, isn’t so shocking.
I didn’t expect to see Shih Tzu’s on the list, but I did use to have one and can confirm these dogs are spoiled cuties.
What did shock me was finding the Siberian Husky on the list! Greyhounds are on the list, too. Check out the source to read about all 40 disobedient dog breeds, we will only be going over the top 10 below.
No. 10: Shih Tzu
No. 9: Basset Hounds
No. 8: A tie between the Mastiff and Beagle
No. 7: Pekingese
No. 6: Bloodhound
No. 5: Borzoi
No. 4: Chow Chow
No. 3: Bulldog
No. 2: Basenji
No. 1: Afghan Hound
According to several movies, Beagles are a joy! Who would have thought most are so independent? I am surprised to see the Bulldog so high on the list, but I suppose these are very chill and lazy dogs who would rather nap than be trained.
