If you haven’t checked out Quibi’s Barkitecture, what are you waiting for?
Are you looking for something dog-centric to watch? Have you gotten on the Quibi bandwagon? Then you need to check out the series, Barkitecture.
Barkitecture is an architectural series revolving around the rich and famous, at least they are rich and famous dogs! According to Country Living, the series debuted on May 11, giving us a glimpse into the glamorous lives of some famous pups.
From Joel McHale and Wilmer Valderrama to Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards, we get a look at how their dogs live. But what makes this series so special is that these celebrity pups are actually getting specialty dog houses built around their wants, needs, and individual personality. (As dog lovers, we wish we could get a dog house tailored to both our tastes and our dogs needs.)
Barkitecture on Quibi goes all in on making the perfect home for each dog
Every celebrity dog featured on Barkitecture has a special living area created with them in mind. Whether that means having a “glamorous doggie dwelling featuring black shutters and Juliet balconies,” or the “camper-shaped house” that was built for Rumer Willis’s dog, each house was as unique as the dogs themselves.
Barkitecture is unique in that you don’t usually see home renovation series that are specifically about our dogs. And at the same time, it’s not like these dog homes were already built and we are just taking a peek. Instead, we actually get to see the process that went into creating these unique works of art. (And yes, they really are works of art.)
At this point there has only been one season of Barkitecture, but it looks so fun that we as dog lovers can only hope that Quibi decides to give us another round of doggy architecture. Even if they don’t, at least we have this magic to keep us entertained. And I know what I am going to watch on repeat through the rest of summer.
