The Peanuts Movie is heading to Disney+ this summer

Bring on the dog days of summer, as Disney+ is making sure that we have plenty of things to watch. And one of their newest reveals is that they will begin streaming The Peanuts Movie in August.

While Snoopy and his friends are not Disney characters, and the movie itself is a 20th Century Fox project. This means that while they were able to secure the rights to make this movie, and can share it with their Disney viewers, other Peanuts and Snoopy projects will not be made available for subscribers of Disney+.

According to What’s on Disney Plus, fans will get the chance to see The Peanuts Movie when it begins streaming on August 7.

If you haven’t seen this movie yet, this is the perfect opportunity to follow Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts gang as they deal with life, love, and adventure. For Charlie Brown, it is once again about doing his very best even when it seems like the odds are against him. And when he finds himself with a crush on the “Little Red-Haired Girl” who has recently moved into his neighborhood, he will find himself dealing with even greater obstacles.

Of course, Charlie Brown is not alone in dealing with a lot on his plate, as Snoopy is doing what he does best, embarking on a world of fantasy. Whether he is trying to win another pup’s heart or flying in World War I as the Red Baron, Snoopy is clearly living his very best life. And honestly, who doesn’t want to see Snoopy with a girlfriend?

We can’t wait for The Peanuts Movie to hit Disney+ this summer, and hopefully more people will watch this adorable, animated movie with us.
