When it comes to cosplaying, it’s not just the humans that get to have fun, and thanks to Merly the Cosplaying pup, we have a must follow Instagram account to enjoy.

If you love comics and comic conventions, then you probably know all about cosplaying. And while it may not be for everyone, we love seeing the creativity of people who want to share their love for their favorite characters. But, perhaps the best part of cosplay is the cosplaying pup.

That’s right, we love seeing cosplaying dogs, and over the years, we seem to be seeing more people getting their dogs into the spirit of the comics. With super powered animals being a fascinating aspect of comics, and the addition of Krypto the Superdog to the Titans on DC Universe, we are really loving seeing pups dress up as different characters, such as Batman, Spiderman, and Superman to name a few.

And while cosplaying pups are not necessarily a new thing, when we can find a social media account that is dedicated to a particular dog getting in on the fun, then we can’t resist checking it out.

Over on Instagram, there is cosplaying pup named Merly, who we are a bit obsessed with. On National Pet Day, Fan Expo Dallas even gave this pup the spotlight on their Instagram account, which led me down a slippery slope of adorableness.

If you are looking for something cute to make you smile, then I definitely suggest you check out the Merly & Kirby Cosplay Dog Instagram account, which will inspire you to get your pup into the cosplay world.

Among our favorite looks that have been shared to this account are the Star Wars droids, their Toy Story costumes where these two pups dressed up like Buzz and Woody, and definitely their pics as Antman and the Wasp with Antman himself, Paul Rudd.

Of course, if you are interested in learning more about cosplaying pup, you can also check out Merly’s website, which features information about appearances, merchandise, and all of the cosplay this pup has done.

As far as cute pups go, Merly and Kirby definitely go all out. And we love all of the looks these pups have delivered.

What do you think of these cosplay looks? Would you dress your pup up in cosplay? Tell us what you think in the comments.
