Peanuts and fashion go hand-in-hand for new Cath Kidston collection

I WANT A DOG FOR CHRISTMAS, CHARLIE BROWN! - This holiday season, ABC once again airs the PEANUTS Christmas special "I Want a Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown," produced and animated by the same team that gave us the other, now classic cartoon specials based on Charles M. Schulz's famed comic strip. "I Want a Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown" airs SUNDAY, DEC. 22 (7:00-8:00 p.m. EST), on ABC. "I Want a Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown" centers on ReRun, the lovable but ever-skeptical younger brother of Linus and Lucy. It's Christmas vacation and, as usual, ReRun's big sister is stressing him out, so he decides to turn to his best friend, Snoopy, for amusement and holiday cheer. However, his faithful but unpredictable beagle companion has plans of his own, giving ReRun reason to ask Snoopy to invite his canine brother Spike for a visit. Looking for some fresh fashion starring Snoopy and his friends? The new Cath Kidston x Peanuts collection is here to deliver.

Are you looking for the perfect gift this holiday season? Is Peanuts one of your favorite comic series? Then you might be excited to learn that there is a new fashion collaboration happening just in time for Christmas.

According to Fashion United, Cath Kidston is collaborating with the Peanuts gang for an epic new lineup featuring some of our favorite characters. Not only is Snoopy being featured on everything from handbags and clothing to accessories for the home, but so is his feathered friend, Woodstock.

Not only is this not the first time that Snoopy has appeared in a line of fashion products, but this is also not the first collaboration for Cath Kidston. And much like earlier fashion lines, this new Peanuts collection is all about capturing the nostalgia of youth and vintage Snoopy.

This new collaboration is giving us all kinds of vibrant colors and adorable prints, as we get to see Snoopy and Woodstock either dancing across different items or relaxing above words like Love, Happy, and Dream.

While this collection looks to only be available in the U.K., customers who pre-registered will already be able to snag these awesome finds. And the official collection will hit stores on Dec. 6, with everything from mugs and sweaters, to purses and water bottles being on sale.

This might just be one of the happiest fashion lines I have seen, as there is so much color and vibrance going on with each design. And the fact that we have classic Snoopy decorating each of these items makes it even more special.

Knowing this is not the first time a pup has been featured on products from Cath Kidston makes them a must follow brand for us, as we love designers who can incorporate dogs in their work. And when those pieces are as fashionable as these, then really all that’s left to do is spend all of our money.
