Rob Lowe snuggling with his son’s dog is the perfect Instagram picture

On Instagram, Rob Lowe has shared any number of pictures of his family, himself, and any number of animals. But it is the picture of him cuddling his son’s pup that has us in our feels.

We love seeing celebrities sharing pictures of their animals and if they happen to be in the picture too, that makes it even better. But for Rob Lowe, it was actually all about sharing a picture of himself with his son’s pup instead.

On July 21, Lowe took to Instagram to share a picture of himself snuggling with Bella Lowe, Matthew Lowe’s Italian Greyhound and Chihuahua mix. In the caption for the picture, the actor simply wrote, “Sunday snuggle with @tea_cup_egg.”

As a fan of Rob Lowe, seeing him post this picture definitely made me smile and certainly had me in my feels as Bella is basically his grandpup. But, it was not just the actor who posted the picture (although the picture posted on Bella’s Instagram account was slightly different), as Bella and Matthew shared very similar pictures with their own captions.

On Bella’s Instagram the caption reads, “Life is hard for tea cup egg. Just trying to luxuriate on this fine Sunday.” And over on Matthew Lowe’s post, he explained that these are the kinds of messages he gets when he is trying to get studying done.

And while we are perfectly fine seeing this picture pop up multiple times on our Instagram feed, it seems that at least one member of the Lowe family was less than impressed, as Johnny Lowe commented on Matthew’s post with “This picture was not interesting enough for me to have to see it three separate times on my timeline.” (Even though we are perfectly okay with seeing this picture three different times, we had to giggle over this comment.)

Honestly, it is totally worth following Rob Lowe on Instagram just to see posts like this, although this is certainly the first time we have really seen him snuggling a pup. At the same time, we love when he shares pet and general animal pictures as it makes us love the actor even more.

We love seeing celebrities relaxing with their fur babies, and while this pup might be his son’s, the picture of Rob Lowe taking a Sunday nap with Bella was definitely a great way to end the weekend.
