BarkBox is selling a new orthopedic dog bed and Amazon. And the fact that it comes with a crown and a pea is inspiring the most amazing Pup and the Pea pics on Instagram.

If you are looking for a new bed for your dog, then BarkBox may have just what you need. Over on Amazon, the company behind the subscription box service that sends our pups toys and treats every month is selling orthopedic dog beds.

However, what makes this dog bed so special is not even the bed itself, but rather the fact that BarkBox is including a paper crown for your dog to wear, along with a squeaky toy pea. That’s right, forget the Princess and the Pea, because now we are able to tell our own fairytale – the pup and the pea.

Thanks to BarkBox’s decision to turn our pups into little princes and princesses, there are some amazing pictures over on Instagram featuring #pupandthepea. According to BarkPost, the site dedicated to all things dogs and BarkBox, we know that the company asked their fans to use that hashtag to share pictures of their pups enjoying their new beds, as well as their squeaky legume and even their crowns.

And yes, the pictures really are as amazing as you would think. Whether the crown is on their head or on the dog’s bed, the addition of the pea turns all of these pups into fairytale princesses and princes in the best way possible.

Check out these pups and tell us what you think about their awesomeness.

This pup is rocking that crown and of course the fact that the pea is almost the same size as this pup’s head makes the picture even better. Here is a pup who was ready for their closeup and we are all for that.

Then we have Burrito, a prince of a dog who has more than just a squeaky pea at his disposal. Maybe it’s just us, but Burrito might need a bigger bed to accommodate all of those toys too.

This royal pup fell asleep with the crown on their head and the pea under their paw. We adore this picture for so many reasons, especially the fact that the pea is as much a toy as it is a pillow.

In the perfect reenactment of the Princess and the Pea, this pup must deal with a bit of a bump in their bed. Of course, with that crown and those looks, we can’t imagine that pea being a problem for long.

This pup wasn’t about to let a pea disturb their sleep. Clearly this royal pup knows how to handle a legume. We love this picture and how the pup rocks that crown and that pea!

Brutus is so over the pea in this picture that he is giving us all the face we could want. And according to that caption, it really is all over for the pea as it has been dealt with! Forget that rough night of sleep, it is all about comfort and crowns.

Finally, we have to share a picture of this little prince, who is rocking his crown like it is meant to be on his head (it is, we know). The pea is sitting patiently beside this pup while he looks adorable for the camera. And really we are here for all this cuteness.

There are over 100 pictures using #pupandthepea, so if you are looking for a smile and all the adorableness, check the hashtag out and enjoy the newest fairytale in the land. And of course, if you need a new dog bed, check out what Amazon and BarkBox have to offer.
