It’s the biggest game of the year – the Puppy Bowl. And that means ranking our favorites, predicting the winner, and of course choosing which pup will be the MVP.

It’s the 15th anniversary of the Puppy Bowl. And after 15 years, we have been introduced to many talented and adorable pups ready for their time in the spotlight. For 15 years we have watched the cutest pups play with toys on a mini version of a football field, all with the goal of getting those toys into the end zone for their own take on a touchdown. And let’s not forget the fact that there are kitten cheerleaders on the sidelines.

This year is no different, as we once again have two starting lineups loaded with the cute factor. And considering all the puppies on Team Ruff and Team Fluff are adoptable, you know we want these puppies to get their moment in the spotlight.

With so many adorable puppies in the game, it is hard to decide on which pup could end up being named as the MVP or Most Valuable Puppy. But, we have looked at the rosters, and we have some ideas.

Over on Team Fluff, we have some excellent candidates for MVP, including Clara. Clara is a Floridian corgi looking for her furever home. Team Fluff’s Ace is a real winner too, as a Cocker Spaniel and Chihuahua mix. He is a smart-looking pup, ready to take the field and the toys. Of course, we can’t forget Lola, the gorgeous Shar Pei, who is ready for her close up. And Gallagher could end up as the team MVP, as this gorgeous Saint Bernard is serious about winning the big game.

For Team Ruff, Sierra is looking for the title of MVP, as the Chow Chow and American Staffordshire Terrier mix brings on the cute and inquisitive. Pirate, the English Springer Spaniel-McNab mix doesn’t want you to forget him, as he is here to win as well (it might have something to do with his name). Team Ruff’s Shy Boy might have a name that makes you think he is sitting in a corner, but we think this Miniature Poodle and Lhasa Apso mix may just surprise everyone. And let’s not forget Alexander the Great Pyrenees (we see what they did there), who is ready to show off his long legs.

It’s hard to choose just one potential MVP, as every member of Team Ruff and Team Fluff seem ready to bring their cute game to the field. We will have to wait to see what happens with these pups, as they get ready to show their stuff to the world.

The Puppy Bowl airs on February 3 at 3 P.M. ET on Animal Planet. Tune in and cheer on your favorite pups, as they play for glory, treats, and a chance to find a new home.
