Dogs of Instagram gear up for NFL Divisional Playoffs
Canine football fans were all set to cheer on their favorite teams during the NFL Divisional Playoffs.
A dozen of the 32 teams in the National Football League made the postseason, just like every season. With the NFL Divisional Playoffs this weekend, the field was trimmed to eight, leaving just the four semifinalists in the conference championship games next weekend. As always, the dogs of Instagram were watching from the comfort of the living room and cheering on their favorite teams.
Cooper the Bulldog was all dressed up to cheer on his Dallas Cowboys on Saturday as they played on the road in southern California.
Dallas was facing the Los Angeles Rams in the LA Coliseum, who were represented by this snazzy Pomeranian.
LA ended up winning 30-22, and the Rams will host the NFC Conference Championship next weekend.
Beaux the Bulldog was howling for the Kansas City Chiefs as they played in front of their home fans at a very snowy Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Their opponents were the Indianapolis Colts, who came out on the short end of a 31-13 score, much to this Husky’s crushing disappointment.
The Chargers, in their first season back in Los Angeles in over fifty years, had a ton of new fans jump on their surprisingly successful season, including Ferris the Cardigan Corgi.
The Chargers were on the road at Gillette Stadium facing the New England Patriots, who dominated most of the game, as their fans expect, as New England advanced with the 41-22 victory.
New England will go to Kansas City in the AFC Conference Championship next weekend.
The Philadelphia Eagles were in New Orleans at the Superdome on Sunday, and brother-sister Labs Lily and Lincoln were wearing their bandannas in support.
Philadelphia’s opponents were the New Orleans Saints, and that game was still going at the writing of this article. Still, this pup looks pretty good in his throwback jersey.
The winner of Philadelphia-New Orleans will play the Rams in LA next weekend.
