Love playing with dogs? A Dallas bar could have just the job for you.

North Texas-based MUTTS Canine Cantina is hiring for an internship, and what a job – the “puptern” selected will be paid $100 an hour to greet patrons and then play with their dogs in the attached dog park.

To apply, applicants must post an interesting photo or video on their personal Instagram account (with the account’s privacy set to public), explaining why he or she would be the perfect puptern. The applicants can’t be allergic to dogs, must be over 18, and be within driving distance of Dallas.

The posts also need to have @MUTTSCantina tagged in the caption, and use the hashtag #MUTTSPuptern.

The application period runs until Monday, Nov. 12.

Dog O’Day learned of this opportunity through People magazine.

“There aren’t many opportunities out there that pay interns to strictly play with dogs all day long,” MUTTS cofounder Kyle Noonan said in a press release. “Typically, there may be other responsibilities that come with the job, but not this one. I’d be lying if I said this is going to be one ‘ruff’ internship.”

MUTTS is a restaurant/bar chain with attached dog parks, and patrons can purchase daily, monthly or yearly passes to allow their dog to play while the humans grab a drink. They also have free wi-fi.

As their website states, “MUTTS is a place where dogs can run, exercise and play in the fresh air – and dog owners can relax and socialize, while spending time with their pets and catching their favorite game or featured show on large screen televisions. Our private dog park(s) offers daily passes, monthly subscriptions or annual memberships. There is no admittance fee to eat in the Cantina.”

MUTTS’ menu features chicken sandwiches, burgers and milkshakes, with several options for your pupper, too, in addition to a wide variety of alcoholic beverages.

Much like the Stillwater, Okla.-based restaurant/bar Eskimo Joes, MUTTS also have merch available, in the form of T-shirts, bandannas and can koozies.

They have two locations, one in Dallas and one in Fort Worth.
