College football is in full swing, which means our pups are cheering on their favorite teams on the Noisy Box each fall Saturday.

Here’s your weekly roundup of canine-centric NCAA Division I college football scores for Week 8 of the 2018 season.

Notre Dame wasn’t playing this weekend, but this Irish-loving bulldog named for legendary coach Lou Holtz was ready to step in next week, if the need arises.

Wrigley and Theo the Goldendoodles were all set in jersey and hat to cheer on their favorite team, the Missouri Tigers, who won easily over Memphis.

Zoe the Corgi is proud to cheer on her beloved No. 25 Washington State Cougars, who topped the No. 12 Oregon Ducks on Saturday night.

The week began in the Sun Belt with the Arkansas State Red Wolves, who topped the Georgia State Panthers 51-35, improving to 4-3 on the season.

In the ACC, the No. 16 North Carolina State Wolfpack were clobbered 41-7 by the No. 3 Tigers of Clemson.

In the SEC, Tennessee had the misfortune to face the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide, and Smokey’s Volunteers were obliterated 58-21.

The No. 22 Bulldogs of Mississippi State were toppled 19-3 by the No. 5 LSU Tigers.

Washington‘s No. 15 Huskies faced Colorado in an afternoon Pac-12 matchup, and the Huskies topped the Buffaloes 27-13.

In the American, UConn’s Huskies fell 38-30 to the South Florida Bulls, falling to 1-6 for the year.

In Conference USA, the Bulldogs of Louisiana Tech survived the UTEP Miners 31-24.

In the Mountain West, the Fresno State Bulldogs pounded the New Mexico Lobos 38-7.

The Nevada Wolf Pack’s matchup with Hawaii was the late game, not started yet at press time.

Uga’s Georgia Bulldogs, Reveille’s Texas A&M Aggies and the Northern Illinois Huskies all had the weekend off.
