College football is in full swing, which means our dogs are cheering on their favorite teams on the Noisy Box each fall Saturday.

Here’s your weekly roundup of canine content from the world of the NCAA Division I college football season.

For most of the canine schools it was a good day, though some had a harder time than others.

These four Pokes pups were dressed in their fanciest bandannas to cheer on their Oklahoma State Cowboys to victory:

These adorable Pomeranians were ready to help out their Michigan State Spartans on the field or on the sidelines:

This French Bulldog prefers to doze while the Noisy Box shows highlights until it’s time for the important game. Jax is a fan of the Cougars, which could be a handful of schools.

Oscar the Frenchie, on the other hand (paw?), is intensely focused on the Penn State-Ohio State night game.

Two of the Southeastern Conference’s historical top dogs faced off as Smokey’s Tennessee Volunteers faced Uga’s No. 2-ranked Georgia Bulldogs. Georgia won easily by a 38-12 score, staying unbeaten.

The SEC’s other Bulldogs, No. 23 Mississippi State, weren’t so lucky, getting chomped 13-6 to the Florida Gators, and dropping to 3-2 on the year, 0-2 in conference play.

Texas A&M’s Reveille had something to celebrate, though, as her Aggies won over Arkansas Razorbacks 24-17 at a neutral-site game in Dallas.

In the Atlantic Coast Conference, the undefeated North Carolina State Wolfpack were triumphant in their scrap with the Virginia Cavaliers, winning 35-21.

In the American Athletic Conference, UConn’s Huskies were pounded by Cincinnati’s Bearcats 49-7, UConn is now 1-4 on the year.

Louisiana Tech’s Bulldogs held off the Mean Green from North Texas, winning 29-27.

In Sun Belt play, the Red Wolves of Arkansas State were defeated by the Georgia State Panthers 28-21.

Northern Illinois needed triple overtime to get the job done, but the Huskies prevailed against the Eastern Michigan Eagles 26-23 in MAC action.

In the Mountain West, the Nevada Wolf Pack outmanuevered the Air Force Falcons, 28-25. Nevada’s record is now 3-2.

The New Mexico Lobos lost a basketball game to the Flames of Liberty by a 52-43 score, UNM is now 2-2.

The Fresno State Bulldogs won 49-27 in a nonconference matchup with the Toledo Rockets in the late game of the weekend.

And in one of the three night games between ranked teams, the No. 11 Washington Huskies easily defeated the No. 20 BYU Cougars to improve to 4-1.
