Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross ($0.99)

This app will guide you with emergency services. It has the ABC’s of symptoms, allergy information, and vet locations. Every dog owner should download this app. That is, if your dog’s health is a concern for you. Uh, yeah.

MapMyDogWalk (Free)

Ever feel you’re getting more a workout than your dog? At MapMyDog you can track distance, and map out the walks for you and your pup. You can also link with friends, an official in to the walking dog community, it doesn’t get better than that.

BarkCam (Free)

Do you have trouble getting your dog to look at the camera? BarkCam has incorporated ear catching technology that grabs your dog’s attention, your dog will never look away again. The app offers filters, and cute additions like quote bubbles and stickers. It’s pretty much Snapchat for dogs.

This app, is for those looking for a vet in your back pocket. You can link with pet coaches and professionals to answer any of your, or your dog’s, questions. You can inquire about potty training, nutrition, and breed particulars. A qualified vet is now a few clicks away.

DogVacay/Rover (Free)

Going on a vacation, worried about who will look after your best friend? At Rover you can find dog walkers and pet sitters for any length of time. The app gives you services for pet visits, walking, and boarding. You should seek Rover when you don’t always have the time to give your pup the attention, or outside life, they deserve.
