It’s College Football Saturday, and today’s Dog of the Day is hoping for some brighter times after his team’s poor first week showing.
Today’s Dog Of The Day doubles as an adorable little companion and a die-hard college football fan.
Meet Chewy. He’s a rescue who was taken in by a loving family that has changed his life completely. Unfortunately, not everything in this pup’s life is perfect as he was adopted into a Flordia State family.

Gameday might be tough for little Chewy, but that’s about the only struggle he has (one shared by thousands of human companions). When he’s not watching Florida State get stomped on Saturdays, he can be found laying around on the couch or generally just having an easy-going life.
